| Description | The contribution will focus on the doorstep selling of energies in which cus-tomers are offered tendering of the cheapest supplier. The broker of ener-gies obtains a power of attorney from the consumer and subsequently con-cludes a contract with the winning supplier in the supplier’s business prem-ises. The paper aims to answer the question whether the consumer should have the right to withdraw from the contract even if the contract is con-cluded in the supplier’s business premises. Another issue to be addressed is whether it is valid to embody a provision about the contractual penalty for the obstruction of power supplies in the brokerage agreement. |
