| Description | The aim of the contribution was to contemplate about the discrimination in the case-law of the Czech supreme courts. The smalll number of actions against discrimination leads to the lacks in the case-law of the courts. It is evident from the number of discrimination cases before the Constitutional court, Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court that deal with the antidiscrimination act very rarely. Despite this fact, the contribution presented some interesting decisions from the recent years. |
