| Description | In case of the beneficiary deviates from the bill-filling agreement when filling the blank bill, the issuer of the blank bill has an objection to the non-contractual amendment of the blank bill. The paper discusses the influence of a non-contractual amendment of the blank bill on the obligation to pay a bill of exchange depending on the particular data and ways of their supplementation, the circle of persons entitled to object to the non-contractual amendment. |
