Description The paper deals with the person of Franz Prudka, a member of the secret state police, who was executed as the last member of the Nazi security apparatus in Brno. His execution was preceded by a total of 82 executions, of which fifteen were public. He fled to Austria at the end of the war, but he was found and arrested. Then he was handed over to the Czechoslovak authorities in April 1947. The trial of him before the Extraordinary People's Court in Brno took place on 31 May - 2 June 1948. Finally, he was sentenced to death and after his application for pardon was rejected, the sentence was executed in the court of the Regional Criminal Court in Brno on the Cejl 71 on 11 February 1949.
