| Description | The goal of the paper was to clarify a way from writting the entreaty to issuing the coat of arms charter in time period called "doba předbělohorská" in lands incorporated within the Bohemian kingdom, on the examples of towns Heřmanův Městec and Albrechtice. After that the layout of the deeds was introduced, which is called rather rigid by prior scholars. The author of the paper proved it incorrect due to thorough research of the whole deed. |
