| Description | The papers included in the conference proceedings contain contributions presented at the international scientific conference Labour Law 2018. The proceedings contain also contributions from other participants thereof, which relate to one of the main conference topics. The contributions have been divided into two separate parts according to the two leading topics of the conference. The first five papers included in the first part are based on five presentations relating to the issues of compensating a non-material damage in employment law relationships and of occupational health and safety. The contributions of other participants related to these topics follow. The second part is opened by a written version of the presentation focused on current issues of sickness insurance and is followed by other papers related thereto. |
