Description | This chapter deals with the basis on which the courts approach the assessment of expertquestions and the distinction between facts and facts which are generally known and which are necessary to prove in court proceedings. With regard to the focus of the publication and its dedication, it focuses primarily on issues related to the exercise of administrative justice and uses in particular the conclusions of the case law of the Supreme Administrative Court. The text also slightly touches on the role of judges in finding the right settlement of objections, which can sometimes disappear in the procedural automation of judicial decision-making. |
