Description | Learning motivation is an affective factor which influences the learning process and success, whereby it is influenced by many other inner and outer factors. An important influence on the motivation of students is being contributed to the teacher. The contribution describes a qualitative study which has been carried out at three Czech grammar schools and addresses the possibilities of motivational support through the teacher for students to learn German, hereby focussing on the comparison of opinions of students and teachers concerning the subject of motivation and discusses the variability of motivating. |
