| Description | We report here the first finding of the Southern Green Stink Bug, Nezara viridula (Linnaeus, 1758), (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) in the Czech Republic. A single female was found in Drnholec (southern Moravia) under the bonnet of a car standing in front of a garage. We cannot exclude the possibility that the specimen was imported accidentally from Hungary. We cannot yet confirm N. viridula as an established species in our country. |
