| Description | This chapter deals with legal regulation of vehicles and their impact on specific components of environment, e.g. air quality and climate. Vehicles’ noise regulation is mentioned as well. Another issue which is dealt with in this chapter is analysis of owner’s and manufacturer’s liability in cases of environmental damage, especially in situation when owner removed diesel particulate filter (DPF). Furthermore chapter also elaborates on manufacturers’ liability during Dieselgate scandal. |
