| Description | Here, we analyzed the dynamics of microbial communities during the culture growth of Dermatophagoides farinae. Changes in microbiomes were related to three key variables: the mite population density, microbial microcosm respiration and concentration of guanine (the mite nitrogenous waste metabolite). |
