Description | Highly hydrophobic wax-based layer containing ZnO nanoparticles. The treated surface did not capture and grow Ch. kessleri, had an antibacterial effect on the tested bacterium Pseudomonas putida and significantly suppressed the growth of fungi strains Aureobasidium melagonenum and Alternaria alternata. The prepared layer thus fulfills the function of protecting the surfaces against the influence of water and the attachment and growth of biological material. |
