Description | Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients carry a variety of somatic mutations, whose thorough exploration could shed light on the etiology of the disease, or even lead to the discovery of potential novel drug targets. However, as primary CLL cells do not proliferate in vitro, there is a lack of suitable models mimicking the genetic heterogeneity observed in patients. Our aim is to establish isogenic cell lines harboring the most frequent CLL mutations and to investigate unique vulnerabilities specific to these mutations. |
