| Description | Ion ratio in sweat sample obtained by skin-wipe test andanalysed by capillary electrophoresis with contactless conductometricdetection appears to be a promising alternative to the usual sweat test. Theobjective of the study was to determine the cut-off value of ion ratio thatcan reliably differentiate between CF patients and healthy individuals. |
