Description | Intra-firm routines, people and structures, those are all firm components of company composition, which are derived from the chosen strategy. Hence, they are essential for creation of company value. In traditional strategic management practice, however, relationships with stakeholders are often neglected, while a good strategy has to ensure a proper support in day-to-day company routine in terms of strategically determined approach to key stakeholders. The subject of this paper is a basic introduction of the ideas that form the foundations of the new methodology. Subsequently the influence of business deficit (as a potential expression of partial competitive strategy within the dominantly cooperative strategy in company-supplier relationships) on the performance of the company, measured by return on equity, is studied, comparing companies under domestic and foreign control. |
