| Description | The aim of the contribution is to answer the question whether the organizer or the retailer of a package tour is obliged to include the sojourn tax into the final price of the package tour or if they can provide information about it separately and ask consumers to pay the tax at the place of stay. The author assumes that accommodation is included in the package tour. |
