| Description | The methodology makes a clear overview of the rapid and standardized procedure for detecting the presence of DNA of adenoviruses (serotypes 40 and 41) in the sample. The methodology is suitable for monitoring and screening of the studied pathogen and is applicable for a wide range of applications in the veterinary and human fields. The standardized system may be part of complex multiplex pathogen detection, which allows detection of up to several dozens of different pathogens in one reaction, using isolated RNA/DNA of different origins, eg. animal and animal tissues, environment, water or raw materials and food both animal and plant origin intended for human consumption. |
