| Description | The chapter analyzes the relationship between law and mediation from the point of view of the legal system of which mediation is a part. The legal system and mediation is viewed from a sociological and legal point of view, especially with a focus on the effects of social influences reflected in the legislation and affecting the form of law, which then affects society retrospectively. The process of mediation can be seen in the national dimension as a social change that should be reflected in the relevant legislation. |
