| Description | Criminal liability of legal entities is a legal regulation enshrined in the Czech legal system for several years, nevertheless this area of legal regulation raises questions in some partial aspects. One of them are the specifics of joint proceedings, as well as the specifics of the (necessary) defense of a legal entity, specifically the exclusion of the necessary defense of a legal entity. Personally, I believe that the legally excluded necessary defense of a legal entity is not an appropriate solution, and I offer argumentative support for this opinion in the present article. |
