| Description | The paper presents partial results of empirical research focused on the individual approaches of social workers in the Czech Republic. The paper focuses on their personality dispositions associated with these approaches and their relationship to resilience. First, the theoretical bases are presented, followed by a description of the methodology and design of the research. The final part presents the main results of a qualitative survey among 16 social workers who work with diverse clients. Personality dispositions are reflected as significant determinants of worker resilience and are identified in terms of the typology of the so-called Big Five. |
