| Description | How do we find out if the educational program and the exhibition really work? When can we consider a project a success? Is it enough that the visitor looks satisfied? Verification and incentives for change are a way to increase the quality of projects and the knowledge of your audience. But where to look? The workshop will focus on basic evaluation options, easy to use in practice for smaller museums. It will show how valuable information about the project and its impact on visitors can be found, as well as how to use it further as a tool for effective change. |
