| Description | The aim of the paper is to introduce basic characteristics of selected town and country planning instruments - spatial development policy, territorial development principles and local land use plans. Moreover, the paper should provide a comparison of existing legislation with the draft. The form in which these acts are issued and are to be issued (a variant of a legal regulation) and the related possibilities of administrative and judicial review are compared. |
