Description | A training course is described, in which the "transfer" of the contents proposed in the teaching practice of the trainees took place on the basis of a reflective practice which, mediated by the supervisor, was articulated on the two Schönian levels: experimentation starting from the input and, then, the analysis of the work within the group. This process explains why the acquisition of new contents (or of new perspectives on known contents) did not manifest itself as a mere substitution of old practices with new didactic models, but as an inlay of new pieces of awareness (theoretical, methodological, practical), which enriched and made more complex an already articulated fabric of professional experience. of professional experience. |
