It describes essential features of such models and formulates basic differences between them. The aim of this paper is to provide a lawmaker with reference points for considerations de lege ferenda, i.e. to introduce approaches how to regulate such relations. In order to achieve such aim, the paper contains analysis of selected foreign legal regulations and relevant legal doctrine. Moreover, the article presents advantages and disadvantages of certain foreign models of legal regulation. On the contrary, the paper does not deal with relations on performance of artistic activities under de lege lata regulation in the Czech Republic. The author offers recommendation for the legislator on the most appropriate model of regulation and presents diverse arguments supporting his conclusions.
