| Description | The paper discusses the current situation of online terminal identification in the Czech Republic. The author draws on his own quantitative survey, which he compares with sim-ilar surveys conducted abroad. The measured results are then correlated with the activi-ties of the Office for Personal Data Protection and are placed in a broader context. Also advanced methods of identification are discussed which, in the opinion of the au-thor, are not given enough attention and which therefore pose a risk to users' privacy. |
