| Description | Armed conflicts generate direct and indirect threats to Czech internal security. Early recognition of the risks of armed conflict onset and associated potential (conventional and hybrid) threats to the CR are prerequisites for effective prevention. The methodology uses a new armed conflict forecast model based on causal conjunction. The model forms the basis for an applied methodology of prediction, early warning, and threat prevention. |
