| Description | The article is based on general annotation of the section. The primer question is, what character of artistic performance is, and whether it is possible to subordinate the artistic performance to the rules of Labor Code or whether the artistic performance is type of self-employment. The article considers on the topic from labor law view and from character of dependent work. The article accents recent judgement of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, which moved the assessment of the artistic performance in a direction that may prove very dangerous. |
