| Description | The chapter provides reflection of the case law of the Czech Constitutional Court concerning soil protection as s state goal defined in Article 7 of the Czech Constitution and its connection to other provisions of the Constitution and the Czech Charter of Human Rights. In this respect, soil protection remains relatively unaffected by the international and EU law. In its application, therefore, the general constitional principles play a pivotal role in interpretation of legal requirements. |
