Description | 1371 / 5000 Výsledky překladu These guidelines are summarized and evaluated available evidence to assist healthcare professionals in designing optimal treatment strategies for individual patients in a specific medical condition. This text and individual The recommendations contained therein should facilitate the decision-making of health professionals in their daily practice. However, the final decision regarding individual patients must be made the healthcare professional (s) in agreement with the patient, possibly with the person caring for him. The best practices are the official opinion European Society of Cardiology (European Society of Cardiology, ESC) on a given topic and are regularly updated. The European Society of Cardiology maintains a number of registries that are absolutely essential for evaluation diagnostic / therapeutic procedures, use of resources and adherence to best practices. The goal of these registers is to ensure - based on the data collected in routine clinical practice - better knowledge of medical practice in Europe and in the world. The members of this working group, including representatives of the relevant sub-specializations within the ESC, were selected by this professional society. A critical assessment of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures was performed, including evaluation risk-benefit balance. The level of evidence was considered and the strength of the recommendation of the individual treatment options and graded according to predefined scales, as indicated in Tables 1 and 2. |
