| Description | The paper deals with the requirements for taking into account the positive and negative effects of the project on climate in the EIA process according to Directive 2011/92/EU. It focuses on the reasons for the amendment behind the amendment of the Directive which was adopted in 2014 (Directive 2014/52/EU) and analyses the extent to which the new EU legislation was reflected in the application of the Czech Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on environmental impact assessment. |
