| Description | Field practice in physical geography is a mandatory part of teaching future geography teachers. Students usually work together synchronously in the field. The coronavirus pandemic required numerous changes: compilation of detailed instructions, video consultations, division of students into small groups with fieldwork in remote locations without personal contacts, detailed division of work without personal contacts within student groups, intensive use of electronic media and communication, minimization of classroom work, significant extension of time to complete field and classroom work. Students and teachers have strengthened their personal responsibility to other collaborators and acquired new skills in working with digital processing and communication technologies. |
