| Description | The issue of femoral hernias at geriatric patients is remains relevant. Especially with Richter incarceration, symptomatic can be minimal, leading to difficult early diagnosis. late diagnosis can lead to intestinal necrosis, which significantly increases mortality and morbidity in the above-mentioned pathology. The authors offer their own experience with the diagnosis and treatment of Richter´s hernia at geriatric patient. |
