| Description | At present, we can usually find on the websites of Czech reproductive clinics the offer of providing not only standard services in the field of assisted reproduction, but also the ever-expanding phenomenon of surrogacy. There are also a number of online discussions or other platforms that share private experiences with the use of surrogate mothers, that means women, whose role based on conceiving, taking away and giving up a child in favor of an infertile couple. However, the question arises as to whether and under what conditions the use of surrogate mothers is in accordance with the law. |
