| Description | Commentary on act No. 40/2009 Coll., Criminal Code, as amended, represents piece of work, which main contribution can be seen it its use in day to day practice of investigating, prosecuting and adjudicating bodies, defense counsels, substitutes of injured parties of criminal proceedings and other various subjects, who come into contact with substantive criminal law. For those subjects the commentary represents necessary tool for interpretation of Criminal Code and thus its main contribution can be seen in development of science of criminal law, further cultivation of decision making practice and in the end also in strengthening of legal certainty of citizens, because it also summarizes main conclusions of decision making practice of highest courts of the Czech republic as well as offers alternative ways of interpretation when the authors of commentary does not agree with such decision making practice. |
