| Description | The analysis of the target state of the target group (TG) presents in detail the methodological procedures and conclusions of the evaluation of the project results after the revision of the evaluation questions. The reason for the revision was significant changes in the context of the program during the covid-19 epidemic. The methodology is based on two recurring field surveys marked as input and output analysis of CS and on the comparison of identified changes in the quality of life of the target group. We used so-called research templates for comparative analysis. To operationalize the dimensions of quality of life, we modified the standard model of quality of life, which also included the dimensions of housing and paid work in employment. To identify changes in quality of life, we used the critically revised Kirkpatrick model of responses to intervention. To analyze changes in the quality of life in a small sample, we applied the design of repeated "single system" surveys. Data collection for the input analysis of CS took place in a set of members of the target group involved in the project (7 respondents), in a set of roommates of university students (7 respondents) and mentors who are in daily contact with CS members (2 respondents). |
