| Description | The subject keyword deals with the issue of representation in criminal law, respectively - with regard to the nature of criminal liability, which is built on individual criminal liability (or in the case of legal persons on collective liability, which, however, is not generally related to the institute of representation) - representation in criminal proceedings. It outlines the historical development of representation in criminal proceedings in the Czech lands from the 17th century to the present times with emphasis on the position of defense counsel, but also representative or statutory guardian of other subjects of criminal proceedings. |
