Description | In the presentation, video clubs were introduced as a tool for the professional development of English language teachers. The presentation presented the theoretical framework of professional vision and the possibility of professional development through video clubs. Furthermore, instruments of data collection and procedures of data analysis were described. The presentation focused mainly on results and experiences. These show that video clubs lead to overcoming the isolation of the teaching profession and offer the possibility of sharing - whether they are teachers from different schools or colleagues from one school who meet regularly. It offers the opportunity to compare different approaches and find out how others view different problems, specific findings and findings, as well as stimuli for self-reflection. |
