| Description | The loss of species diversity, whether as a result of human activity or natural processes, is completely indisputable in the Czech Republic and in the world. "In Europe today, nearly a quarter of wild species are at risk of extinction, most ecosystems are damaged." The effective setting of the researched legal instruments is thus the only possible solution to protect biodiversity, not only in the agricultural landscape. However, it must be stated that the company is aware of this problem and is trying to eliminate or at least stabilize it by means of the investigated tools. Nevertheless, it is clear from the conclusions that there is still a lot of room for improvement, especially in the area of economic and administrative tools. |
