| Description | The chapter presents a thorough legal commentary of Chapter X of Special Part of Criminal Code. It provides an overview of accessible and generally accepted authoritative legal texts on interpretation and application of the norms contained in it with special emphasis on case law both of general courts and of the Constitutional Court and also of European Court for Human Rights and Court of Justice of European Union where necessary or useful. It also discusses problematic points of these texts' outcomes or problems which haven't been pointed out so far with a proposal of a proper solution based on qualified reasons. Chapter X contains legal regulation of crimes against order in public affairs, consisting of eight divisions - crimes against execution of power of public authorities and of public officials, crimes of public officials, bribery, other forms of disruption of public authorities' activity, crimes disrupting cohabitation of people, other forms of disruption of public order, organized criminal group and certain other forms of criminal cooperation. |
