| Description | Exhibition of 7 authors in Gallery 1_7, Ostrava, curated by Club Fiducia and Saigon Gallery. Exhibition took place in display cases attached to Textilia Ostravice building. 7 galleries from Ostrava were asked to choose one author each to create an artwork in one of display cases. Hynek Chmelař has been chosen as a representative of Saigon Gallery. Installation called "Vřesina" is a brief report about a little girl named Vřesina, who would like to play with a ball by the lake and be free, but she is in isolation, inevitable separation. World has stopped and it is being consumed by invasive plants. Some marks of time start to be visible even on the little girl. |
