| Description | This article deals with the notion of “race” as an element of particular hate crimes. It maps the usage and interpretation of this term in domestic legal order including other legal field besides criminal law, analyses its interpretation and confronts it with the outcomes of discussions about this term in recent scientific development. Based on this confrontation, the article results in a recommendation on interpretation of this term for the purposes of criminal law’s regulation. |
