| Description | The publication critically analyzes the current state of public procurement in the field of information and communication technologies (IT), especially in connection with the concept of strategic management of the city called Smart City in transport and emphasis on legal aspects of communication between individual IT and system elements. At the same time, considerable attention will be paid to the possible restriction or elimination of competition as a result of establishing a vendor look-in state between the client and the IT supplier and its impact on the possibility of setting up communication between other IT in the Smart City concept. |
