| Description | The presentation is composed of an outline of three text corpuses and their characteristics. These will be analysed with respect to frequency and rhetorical functions of multiword expressions. The main questions which are followed for the corpus analysis are formulated as: Which are the most frequent multiword expressions in a theoretical article in visual arts and design disciplines; what functions do these multiword expressions have; which rhetorical functions of the most frequent multiword expressions in Hyland´s taxonomy are present in the theoretical article in visual arts and design disciplines. |
