| Description | An affinity carrier is designated for the selective uptake of bacteriophages and / or for separating them. The carrier consisting of a substrate, the surface of the substrate has adhered cells of at least one bacterial strain. After the cells are infected with the specific bacteriophages and incubated, the bacteriophages are released from the cells. They are then isolated and separated, preferably by capillary electrophoresis. |
