| Description | The output is a proven technology of passivation of metal components for particle optics ensuring their excellent electrical conductivity and minimal secondary emission. Untreated metal components have a thin layer of native oxide on the surface, which must be removed and the surface covered with a thin conductive layer to prevent further oxidation and secondary emission. |
