Description | A procedure for production of carbon nanotubes on a specific substrate was designed, optimized and tested. This procedure enables creation of carbon nanotube forest that can serve for attaching microobjects with Van der Walls forces. The carbon nanotube forest can be used for fastening of a TEM lamella before thinning in the focused ion beam. |
