Description | A limited liability company is characterized as a community of persons or a single-member company respectively. It is, therefore, inappropriate to allow the long-term existence of limited liability companies without shareholders. Their short-term being is broadly accepted, however. This paper aims to explore how the limited liability companies without shareholders come into being, how their existence ends, and what happens to the liquidation balance of these companies. |
