| Description | The analysis has four chapters. After the introduction, which contains basic information and basic identification data of the South Moravian Region, including information on geographical and climatic data and demographic and social characteristics of the region, the chapter contains an analysis of the region's circular economy potential by individual municipal waste municipal waste, biodegradable waste, glass-based waste, paper-based waste and plastic-based waste. Each part contains an evaluation of the potential in relation to the transition to a circular economy and a visual analysis in the form of maps that show waste production depending on the characteristics of the region and districts in which you can easily see the analysis results for individual administrative districts of municipalities with extended powers (SO). The third chapter contains an analysis and evaluation of the potential in relation to the transition to a circular economy in the network of waste management facilities divided into ZEVO, incinerators, landfills, composting plants and biogas plants, waste sorting and treatment facilities, waste collection, collection and transport systems. including transhipment stations. The fourth chapter, which is a draft part, contains a definition of key stakeholders and drivers for waste streams, a proposal for measures to reduce waste production and waste prevention, both in general and with a focus on citizens, tools to enforce and control compliance objectives and principles of CE, tools for the enforcement and fulfillment of objectives and principles of CE and the draft concept of the circular economy plan. |
