| Description | Criminal law regulation provides primary and eff ective protection to human life and health. Th is protection is ensured by wide instruments of criminal law regulation. One of those instruments that provides such protection is also criminal liability of legal entities (a. k. a. corporate criminal liability) for crimes against human life and health. Because of this fact in this contribution I provide my ideas on current state of the Czech and Slovak legal regulation of this type of criminal liability in connection with protection of human life and health, possibilities of its further development, including presentation of actual and relevant decision making practice of the Czech courts. |
