| Description | Dissolution is the basic method for testing the release of an active substance (API) from a dosage form from its synthesis, dosage form development, transfer, stability, clinical testing and quality control. The dissolution method must take into account both the specifics of the API with respect to its absorption and site of action, as well as the quality and changes of the dosage form with respect to its composition and technological aspects of development and production. Based on the dissolution method, other criteria for clinical trials are proposed. |
